I was picking up my dog with my almost 3 year old daughter in tow. Daughter was energetic, dog snapped at a nice person in the waiting room, and I was holding back tears. You helped me back to my car and I was so overwhelmed I didn't even say thank you or ask for your name. I appreciate you so much. Wish I would have given you a proper thank you
