When-May 30th around 7-7:30 pm. Un ID male and I locked eyes while smiling at each other and telling the other to go first. ;) I can't remember the exact car but he was in a van and I was driving a white Cadillac SUV. It's a long shot but if you see this please reply and let me know which street/city you were driving on.
